On-Skid Refrigeration Plants

Gelid on-skid refrigeration plants are engineered as fully integrated units that combine the main components of an industrial refrigeration system into a single, functional platform.

Instead of assembling individual equipment on site, the system is defined, configured, and built as a complete unit. This approach simplifies installation, reduces interfacing complexity, and ensures that all components operate as a coordinated system.

Each unit is configured based on project requirements and can be realized as a condensing unit, chiller, heat pump, or a combination of these functions. The system layout, components, and operating principles are selected through a structured process that defines the complete refrigeration solution.

Control Systems

Gelid control systems are designed to manage and optimize the operation of complete refrigeration systems, not only the on-skid unit but also all connected external equipment.

The control architecture integrates compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumping systems, and auxiliary equipment into a single coordinated system. This ensures stable operation, proper sequencing, and efficient use of all installed components.

Valve Stations

Preassembled valve stations for primary and secondary refrigerant control, designed for precise regulation of flow and system operation. Applicable for DX and pumped liquid systems, with options for modulation, defrost functions, and integration into centralized control systems.

Automatic Air Purger

Automatic air purger systems for removal of non-condensable gases from ammonia refrigeration systems. Designed to maintain stable condensing conditions, improve efficiency, and ensure reliable long-term operation.

Secondary Refrigerant Systems

Complete systems for secondary fluid cooling and distribution, including accumulation tanks, pumping units, and flow/pressure control. Suitable for glycol and other secondary fluids in process cooling, HVAC, and industrial applications.
